This project studies the impact of education mismatch on labor outcomes. Across our sample OECD countries, there is evidence in educational attainment, defined by a lack assortative matching ability terms attainment. Labor market outcomes are not independent mismatch. Our framework for analysis dynamic choice model, focusing and training decisions. From estimation model parameters, main factor explaining dispersion across individuals perceived value education.
